Databases Reporting with SQL Working with Text Changing Cases of Strings

In the library database there's a patrons table with the columns id, first_name, last_name, address, email, library_id,

Select upper(last_time) || " " || first_name as "full_name", library_id from patrons;

You have two issues

1) You have column last_time instead of last_name

2) first_name goes before last_name in full_name
