In the video at about time 4:20, at the command line we type touch main.scss. Why ? Where ?

In the video at about time 420, Hampton creates the main.scss file from the command line.

This automatically creates a bunch of files that he can see in his text editor Sublime.

I use netbeans.
What are the steps ?

How are we suppose to do this ?

This is an important part of understand and using these libraries so I want to know what is going on regarding file structure etc. etc.

thanks

A quick Google suggested using the Favorites feature of Netbeans.

Sorry Jim. We are crossing. I found that exact article. I have been able to resolve this by a manual copy-paste of the files into my projects dir inside netbeans IDE
