2,379 PointsIt looks like they are linked, though I would remove the forward slash after your quotations in the links to be safe. Also, make sure to to add the div with the ID selector "wrapper" in your HTML as shown in the video, "Use ID Selectors".

1,861 PointsYou have created a directory named CSS and used it as css in your html file. As all the programs written here are Case sensitive, please do the change in html file as: "link rel = stylesheet href = "CSS/main.css"
Do the following changes and it will work fine.
