Initialization of immutable value 'areaOfRoom' was never used; consider replacing with assignment to '_' or removing it

Hi, I have written the exact code but am getting the above error.

func area() { let length = 10 let width = 12

let areaOfRoom = length * width

}

you have in your code a variable areaOfRoom that is initialized but never used. I guess you want to return that value?
