Is anyone able to point my toward the "unexpected "("?

I am currently having a hard time with this challenge. It keeps saying unexpected "(", as long as the () is after my function. Am I not correct that a function requires a ()? I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you so much!

Function() => console.log("Hello World!"))

functionRunner(function() {
     console.log("Hello world!");
}
