Is it bad to use reference as a beginner?

Hi,

This is my first week of HTML and CSS. I'm having trouble remembering all of the properties of CSS. Is it okay to use reference as I'm starting?

Hi Tomy,

It is completely fine to use references. Don't expect to remember everything straight away. Until you're regularly using the relevant HTML and CSS you'll find references like W3Schools are your best friend. As you do more you'll probably find yourself using them less.

Thanks

Hi Tomy,

It is good that you will be using a reference. I learnt the best by repeating, learning, repeating.

I would check the documentation, other people and also experiment myself. Eventually you'll just know the properties by muscle memory. I found remembering all the musical scales much harder than css properties.
