Is my progress saved if I cancel my trial account?

I have asked this question before. If I cancel my trial account, will my previous work and progress be saved so I can pick up where I left off?

When you cancel your account you are deleting it. Paying customers have the option to pause their account which will save your progress.

I'm not sure this is true, James. I seem to recall cancelling my Trial account so that I could be reinstated on a discount plan, and my account was fully intact. I can't be certain, but I'd guess that Treehouse holds your account as-is for a few months, in case you come back.

Daniel Elisio, you should definitely email Treehouse Support to get a definitive answer.
