I am currently working in China, however I can't watch video in treehouse, no matter using iPad or web browser in laptop. If there is any treehouse network experts here, please give me a hand, thank you very much.

11,679 PointsHey chanlennon, pretty sure you've already talked to support about this but wanted to leave a note here for anyone else that may find this in the future. If you have any connection issues with the site you should first check our status page and if that doesn't show that we know about the issue and are already working to fix it you should contact support immediately so we can get to fixing the problem.

3,468 PointsGeoff Parsons Thank you for replying me. I have contacted with support already, and they suggested me to switch VPN, and I did and it works. But I am still wondering why this is not working normally anymore. BTW I have checked the status page, and it said all systems are operational. I am not sure what should I do next. Thank you
