Is there any tracks for intermediate level developers?

I have already built a handful of websites with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and would say I have a good grasp of how to do so, but I'd like to extend my knowledge into building more complex websites/apps.

Is there any tracks or courses for intermediate-expert level for these languages or any plan to be?

Thanks Colin
