Is this Python dictionary wrong in my code? It shows as Syntax Error on my code...

The ':' and '}' with red curly underline stating SyntaxError when I try to run it

A comma is needed between each key: value pair.

FILES = {
    key1: value1`,
    key2: value2`,
    key3: value3`,
    }
