iOS Swift 2.0 Basics Swift Types Mixed Types

isn't a false bool value 0

help me pls

I think if you are going to use var instead of bool you have to write false. It is probably reading it as an int

Try:

var isAvailable = false or bool isAvailable = 0

Other way around, 0 for true, 1 for false. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boolean_data_type -- your naming convention was right, though. If you wanted to write an if statement using your isAvailable variable, it would make sense.

if(isAvailable){ 
  //do something because it's true
}

Xcode will yell at you for mixing variable types like that, though. Best to use the old

var isAvailable : Bool = true;
