Isolated scope without two way data binding ? AngularJS

so in case i use isolated scope and I will specify scope: { 'myVariable' : 'myVariable', } instead of scope: { 'myVariable' : '=myVariable', }

will I get the variable I specified in myVariable attribute in html in my directive, without data binding ?

i dont knw if i understood your question correctly but in angular the way u can specify the scope is '@' one way binding, '=' two way binding and '&' when u want to invoke function in parents elements
