Issue used " or ' in include()

Why include('class.palprimechecker.php') to work but include(''class.palprimechecker.php'') dont work

palprimes.php

echo "The number ## ";
echo "(is|is not)";
echo " a palprime.";

I'm not entirely sure on this, but it might be that the double quotation marks are having you go to the exact path inside while the single quotes are a bit smarter and know to look for palprimechecker.php. I imagine if you put the full path to palprimechecker.php in your double quotes that it would then work.
