It has to be something simple but cant figure it out z.z

it is not recognising my .join()

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes= available.split(';')
menu= "Our available flavors are: {}."
display_menu= "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(",".join(sundaes))

Pretty close, if you're doing the single line implementation then

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes= available.split(';')
menu= "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(", ".join(sundaes))

I think you forgot to add the space between the comma in ", " for the join().

The challenge instructions say "reassign the menu variable", but you put your results into "display_menu" instead.

Also, it says the list should be "rejoined together by a comma and a space", but you're missing the space.

Hi there, just add your formatting after the menu string but with a space after the comma in your join
