Everything looks good except you forgot to close the
<button> tags. HTML tags can be closed by a slash symbol just in front of the second tag name.
Every tags in HTML should be closed except few tags which are known as self closing tags like

The red highlighting indicates a problem. The closing tag is correct, but the opening tag is missing something. Opening tags needs to be formatted as Rabin showed you. So textarea should be:
<textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"> </textarea>
And if you do the same with your button you should pass the test.
