My problem is that even if all the <td> elements are filled they will say some are unfilled. Please help me. I am running out of ideas to try to fix this.

You only need one <table></table> tag

Try this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Tables</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <table>
      <tr>
        <td>name</td>
        <td>job</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>shane</td>
        <td>none</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>shane</td>
        <td>none</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>shane</td>
        <td>none</td>
      </tr>
    </table>
  </body>
</html>
