You said a lot about these four steps, checklists etc... but i miss the download link to these checklists and how to proceed with client interviews, what can we do in our internal process and so on...

Hey Lucas!

In my opinion, these "communication checklists" and internal process guidelines that you are referring to, are more of a personal touch. You have to lay out the mold of your own process and methods used. Nothing beats hard work and practice.
