You may want to change firstName to a name like Zoe or Ryan. The issue I am guessing is that you forgot a double quote " after /n and before ,firstName. Also, you probably want \n and not /n. \n is newline and /n is nothing special

You may be discouraging help by saying you think the problem is too difficult

I'll merely add: Remember; it should be referenced to the instance started. if it's within the same class(like yours) it's "this.firstName" other than that, the above is a bare minimum. ' " ' is missing and \n. all great advise!
