iTunes connect error

"Apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 5.1.1 or later, and iOS 7 SDK or later. Don’t submit apps built with beta software." I get this error in iTunes connect when try submit my app for review. I used Xcode 6.1 (final release) to archive my app.

The lastest Xcode is 6.1.1. When submitting apps make sure you're using whatever version is available in the Mac App Store.

I downloaded that today and when I tried to upload my app binary from that it says iTunes Connect isn't enabled on my account.

The thing is that y account is enabled for iTunes Connect and I've uploaded an app binary before using another version of Xcode. I also can log into iTunes connect on the website and the iTunes Connect app.

I'd contact iOS developer support then.

As Mashall Huss said, it sounds like there's nothing left for you to do but ask for help from the Apple support team. I had a similarly nonsensical error when I first tried to use iTunes Connect, it didn't make any sense and it took the support team several months to finally get it working. Ridiculous, but it did work in the end.
