i've tried everything

this is the one i'm stuck on. how do I set the portfolio to id? create another line of code?

You just fill in the "href" value, as you did for the previous task.

To cause a link to navigate to a specific element by ID, the "href" should be set to that ID with a hash mark ("#") in front of the ID name ( href="#portfolio" ).
