784 PointsJavascript quiz not working
I'm following this tutorial to build the quiz but when i type in the correct answers into the prompt. The end results says i got 0 questions right.
var questions = [
["what is my name?", "Callum"],
["How old am I?", "20"],
["Where do I live?", "UK"]
];
var correctAnswers = 0;
var question;
var answer;
var response;
var html;
function print(message) {
document.write(message);
}
for(var i = 0; i < questions.length; i +=1)
{
question = questions[i][0];
answer = question[i][1];
response = prompt(question);
if(response === answer)
{
correctAnswers += 1;
}
}
html = "You got " + correctAnswers + " questions correct";
print(html);

Treehouse TeacherHi Callum Singh,
You have this line inside the loop:
answer = question[i][1];
The array's name is questions
(with an 's'). So this should be:
answer = questions[i][1];
