JavaScript

(jQuery) Button grows/shrinks from one of its edges rather than sliding in from the top right of the page.

I've tried the "$("button").hide().show("slow");" function using jQuery but it doesn't seem to work as expected. It grows from one of its edges but it should slide in from the side of the screen, as shown in this video : https://teamtreehouse.com/library/jquery-basics/introduction-to-jquery/-ways-to-include-jquery-in-a-project

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
