Knowledge I need to start a course

Hi,

I was watching the course "Behavior-Driven Development with Cucumber" by Andrew Chakley.

However, I am pretty lost even just at the beginning of the video.

I am just wondering what kind of courses I need to take before attempting to learn from that course?

Ruby. Ruby ruby ruby. Particularly Ruby on Rails. It points out that this particular project is using ruby on rails (there are a bunch of great classes for this already but it looks like you haven't completed any yet) but it's also usable with Java, .NET or almost any other language.

It seems to me that you need to break down the question "Why do I need to use this?" and once you have clearly described to yourself the purpose, you can then decide on what you will use to implement it.
