Landing paragraphs on the baseline grid
Can you please explain how did you calculate em values for the margin in H2 and H3 elements when you tried to land them on baseline grid?

You can use Chrome Dev Tools to take away some of the maths for you.
So you can use the tools to inspect the elements which will give you a diagram of the element size and width in the box model. You can then experiment with the different values until you get the effect you want.
Keep in mind though you will lose the changes you make once you refresh the browser so keep a copy of the CSS code you make so you can put it in your CSS file. :)
Check put the type-scale website for refining the actual font sizes. As you can see the website does working out for you and shows it.
