Lazy Properties Fetch Result Controller Updating

I have explore multiple ways of initializing the "MOM", "PSC", etc such as lazy stored computed variables as well as regular computed variables. Under both circumstance I am able to save and fetch data with no problem. However, when I try to reload data after a save only the usage of lazy stored variables allows for an actual refresh of the tableView.

Why does this work for lazy properties and not others?
