12,678 PointsLightbox with CSS
I just recently watched David Connor short guide to building a fullscreen slider with CSS. I and I really loved it. So this might be a question for the CSS teachers at Treehouse, is it possible to be a light box with CSS and no JavaScript?
If yes, could you consider making a similar 20-ish min video on how to?
Thanks.

16,594 Pointshere's one I found, there are several others. I just googled "css only lightbox"
https://codepen.io/gschier/pen/HCoqh "this ones a little better"

However, using jQuery to do this sort of thing is a lot more efficient and more flexible.

12,678 PointsHi John, Thanks for taking the time to answer, I really appreciate it. And I get what you are getting at, jQuery is more efficient. I've just quite there yet, I guess JS will have to be the next thing on my list to learn.

16,594 PointsIt's not like you HAVE to, but jquery does it better. Actually I could paste the code for the one that Andrew teaches here. You wouldn't have to understand it all. There would just be a few places where you would have to change some things. But it would be doable for you
