ListViewItem.xml Textview color not changing at all Image is not showing in the listviewitem.

Hello there! I have been working to convert the color of the textview to White in the list viewItem.xml but i have no clue, why it is not changing the color and i have added an image as well in the list view item and it is also not appearing in the listview item. Kindly help me to solve the issue I have spent almost 6 hours onto that but with no success in the end.

here is my xml code
