Loans, books and patrons

I was wondering if there is a better way to write this query than the way I have it below?

SELECT title, first_name, last_name, loaned_on, return_by, returned_on FROM patrons
LEFT OUTER JOIN loans ON loans.patron_id = patrons.id
LEFT OUTER JOIN books ON books.id = loans.book_id ORDER BY return_by DESC;

That looks like a pretty standard 3-table outer join.

Without knowing the query criteria or the table structure, I don't see anything obvious that I would do differently.
