Locked into challenge with wrong answer or bug how do I get out?

I can't figure out the answer but it won't let me through until I get it right. How do I get out?

At the top of the page, you'll see a colored horizontal bar with circles in it. Each circle represents one step of this stage of the course. The current step is the third from the right, and it will have a little ring around it and/or your avatar inside it.

To skip to the next step, just click on the next circle to the right.
