Looking for Front-End/Web designer to partner with.

Hi everyone,

I am currently in the midsts of finding and conversing with potential candidates who would be interested in becoming a partner on a two man/woman team. The ideal person would have developed there skills within the following.

Note: Looking for someone to grow with, so a newbie is okay with me!

-Front End Development -UI/UX -Web Design

Note: Perhaps ROR , 'Ruby on Rails', would be nice but not required. Also perhaps some marketing knowledge would be nice to have, but once again not required, just an advantage :)

I recently finished the PhP track, and gained some beginner knowledge in other sources such as the following.

-Git via 'Try git'/Codeschool -Console log/Terminal via Team Treehouse -Html,css via Codecademy

You would not be working for me, as much as you would with me. I am looking or a partner here, not a slave. If you have skills particularly in API design that would be ~AWESOME~! I've already taken steps into gaining insight for licensing, insurance, tax forms, etc.
