Looking for mentorship in real-world box-poking using new Treehouse toolkit

So I'm well on my way through the full-stack JS track on Treehouse and have worked my way through several other courses, including AJAX, jQuery, HTML and CSS, and Flexbox. Love the TH format- top shelf video / presentation quality and applicable, up-to-date info. But I'm chomping at the bit to spread my wings and start breaking stuff in the real world.

My end goal (and the reason I jumped into TH in the first place) is to develop a working knowledge of React Native. As a means to that end I want to build a few websites to get familiar w JS etc in the web dev world. I've downloaded Atom and Xcode and have been using Atom with live server for Treehouse challenges (which I highly recommend).

My question is this- where to go for informed answers to the roadblocks and questions I encounter as I trailblaze? I've asked TH related questions on the TH discussion threads, but feel it's not the right place for asking non-TH questions.

One option is stackoverflow and the like, but the limitations are obvious.

Anybody in the TH community w deep JS / html css / jQuery / flexbox // react native(!!!) chops interested in working out some kind of regular mentoring check in? Maybe 30-45m screenshare each week? Any interest or ideas about getting a group / several small groups going along the lines of real world application?

Open to all suggestions and offers. Willing to compensate $$ if you've got chops. The three things I'm hacking away at at the moment are a website from scratch for a farm that wants to start offering weddings and events, a blog for myself, and updating an existing site applying flexbox functionality and other features I've been exposed to at TH for a lawyer I just started doing some work for-- http://www.glennsmithlaw.com/. I've been messing around in the console trying to tweak stuff, copying from source to my text editor.... so much is over my head. I feel like it would take a few weeks at most with someone looking over my shoulder to wade through the madness.
