Mailto Form

I noticed that Guil's form differ from mine even though i used the exact syntax he used. His mailto form has To, cc, subject and from while mine has To, cc and subject. Is this as a result of the default email programs(Mac and Windows)?

It may depend on the email client that you are using. I am using Mailbird and "from" is the first line.

Hey Enemuo, did you make sure you included the query string at the end of the email address inside the href attribute? Should look like this:

<a href="mailto:name@example.com?subject=Hello%20there">name@example.com</a>

Thanks again matt. I by query symbol you mean the question(?) mark, then YES i included it. I just wondering how he got the "from" option
