Make a new variable, var2, with "e" at index -2. Remember, negative indexes start at the right side of the iterable.

Python Basics Index Challenge Task 2 of 2

I'm having a hard time understanding what this is asking. Is it saying look at your task 1 and change -2 index to the letter "e"?

Not only that, but your original list satisfies both requirements. So you could actually do this:

var1 = ["s", "a", "r", "i", "e", "t"]
var2 = var1
