CSS Build a Responsive Website Adaptive Design Implementing Media Queries

Making images disappear at certain screen widths

I'm having difficulty writing the CSS code to make an image disappear when the browser width is (at most) 480px wide. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, my bad - have you tried:

@media screen and (max-width:480px) {
  .cupcake img {
    display: none;
  }
}

I would try something like:

@media screen and (min-width:480px) {
  selector {
    display: none;
  }
}

Thanks Pedro! But, still no luck. The (quiz) question is phrased:

"Add the appropriate CSS code to the media query so that images within the ".cupcake" div disappear when the device or browser width is at most 480px wide."

The media query that is given: @media screen and (max-width : 480px) {}

It worked! Was missing the 'img' all along. Thank you:-)
