Officially giving up web design & front end development how come this site http://www.plusonetesting.co.uk/freePint looks ok in modern browsers and shocking in IE 8 - specifically once you have got through the age verification - I have modernizer installed and working correctly.
Its like I have never coded before.

21,787 Pointstry adding the meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" tag and you should always add a meta charset="utf-8" tag in the head...I don't currently have IE8 but give it a shot.
