4,097 PointsMore Helpful Resources for Learning Computer Skills
I certainly like what teamtreehouse.com has to offer. I am also using codecademy.com to learn how to code. I am working on two courses, Python and Make a Website. They have good courses for web developer skills and programming languages. I can also work on projects. Besides teamtreehouse.com and codecademy.com, what other websites do you recommend for someone who is trying to develop computer skills? The more practice the better. I don't mind seeing or learning something two times, three times, or more. I signed up for a technology course on gohighbrow.com called HTML & CSS on Thursday, April 14. There are 10 short lessons that are delivered to my e-mail address. These lessons are approximately 5 minutes long, so they are convenient and efficient. My final lesson will be on Sunday, April 24. I have used technology for a long time, but I have not learned about technology and acquired computer skills until the last month. Your courses have helped as well as Codecademy's courses. I am hungry to keep learning.

The best resource that I have come across since december is, by far, freeCodeCamp. It is AMAZING. You learn by doing, there is a strong community, their challenges build your knowledge at perfect pace and you have projects. The best part isn't even that it's free - it's that its teaches you so perfectly....
EDIT: Forgot to mention learnCode.academy, who teaches things that are really new. I learn from him constantly. I would say he goes pretty fast. (For example I have spent the whole day going through 5 videos on average 9 minutes long). But totally worth it. Plus that's why youtube has a pause button.
