More of a comment than a question, ISO code ESH not recognized

The world_bank.py seems to die when it hits the code ESH near the bottom of the file. Manually trying ESH or EH returns a message of "Invalid value", which we have not set up this script to deal with, so it crashes out with errors that seem unrelated, where it says a "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_text'"

I have verified that is only the one code ESH ( for Western Sahara ), that is getting this reply, so you may want to remove the line ESH from the file, and run the script again if you want to see it run without errors.
