Hi Beverly,

It looks like you're doing all the hard work for the program! :)

Let the computer calculate 6 * 2 by storing the product into a variable named product, as per the code challenge description.

See the syntax here -

a = 6
b = 2

product = a * b

The product of 6 * 2 will be store in the product variable, so product now equals 12. This also applies to the next step, where you'll use the product variable as a part of the calculation.
