My answer keep saying wrong.

Your links have smart quotes (“”) instead of straight quotes (""). This is preventing the code from running property. Smart quotes are curly and are different if they're at the beginning or end of the word, straight quotes are always the same. If you use Microsoft Word or something for your text editor, it automatically converts straight quotes to smart quotes because they look nice. But it's bad for coding.
