Android Creating and Running a Virtual Device

My AVD won’t appear in Run/Debug Configurations

Under Deployment Target Options Target: is set to Emulator I have successfully created my AVD but under Prefer Virtual Device There is no selection

Same problem here. I cannot run the AVD manager! Also there is no virtual machine
