My closing </div> tag isn't working?

I closed the <div class="container"> just before the end of the body section, but it's telling me it's wrong?

Your div tags are OK, but somehow the closing </footer> tag got changed into an additional starting tag.

You have accidentally removed / so that footer is not closed properly
