CSS Sass Basics (retired) Advanced Sass Concepts Advanced Mixin Arguments

My code compiles to "div .red" instead of "div.red" so the error is correct but I don't know how to fix it.

Bummer! The <div> with the class .red should have a red background. Did you use red as a parameter when including the rainbow mixin?

This is the last task in the last task of Sass Basics. My code works until this point.

Again, I need to eliminate the space between div and .red but do not know how.

Any help is appreciated.

You dont need to set a default value to $color when you declare the mixin. Your mixin should look like this -

@mixin square($size, $color) {
    height: $size;
  width: $size;
  border: 1px solid $color;
  }
