HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS Adding a New Web Page Linking It All Up

My
<a href="index.html>Click to go home
is not working in my resume.html, please help.

I tried the added challenge of adding a go back home link but it doesnt show up! Just a bullet point underneath the "employment"
. See below:

Employment

<a href="index.html>Click to go home
