Hi! It's hard to answer this without seeing your code, but I'm going to give it a shot. Here are some common errors to look for when your CSS file doesn't seem to be working on your page.

  1. Check first that the CSS file exists in the directory structure and make sure you typed the name correctly.
  2. Make sure that the CSS file comes last in the links of the CSS files in your HTML. It's important to have the CSS files in the order that the instructor lists them in the course because of the nature of CSS.
  3. Make sure that the directory it points to is correct.

After looking at the workspace for this video it seems that the code to link your CSS file should be:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css">

Hope you find the problem, but please submit your code if this didn't help!

One more thing. It occurred to me that the workspace doesn't have the CSS file at all. At the beginning of the course the instructor creates this CSS file. If this is the case, then right click on the CSS directory and choose "New File". Name your new file "main.css" and you should be good to go!
