Java Java Basics Getting Started with Java Receiving Input

My program (although identical to Craig's, I think) is not working the way it should.

java
import java.io.Console;

public class Introductions {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        Console console = System.console();
        // Welcome to the Introductions program! Your code goes below here
        String firstName = console.readline("What is your name?  ");
        console.printf("Hello, my name is %s.\n", firstName);
        console.printf("%s is learning Java.\n", firstName);
  }
}

I don't understand why my program is not running. This is the error I am getting and I am not getting a request for input from me (the user). Weird....

Console terminal:

treehouse:~/workspace$ javac Introductions.java

console.readLine has a capital "L". Holy case sensitivity!
