My ribbit app crashes after i take a picture or video and move to choose recipients

i have dine everything.. but it doesnt crash if i choose picture or video from gallery

Debug it. Put in breakpoints. Also, it could be a bug on purpose so that in the next episode they will show you how to debug your app.
