my "showFactButton" (button) does not have any padding. how do I make it look like the one on the video?

My "showFactButton" (button) does not have any padding, it is displayed as: [Show another fun fact], with no left or right padding.

how do I set the padding to make it look like the video?

In the xml file for the layout, you can find the button element (the one with an id of showFactButton) and adjust its padding universally:

android:padding="10dp"

or specifically:

android:paddingLeft="10dp"

where left can be replaced with Right, etc...
