My track resumes from Stage 4 in Building a Blog App even though I have not completed previous lessons. Is this a bug?

Just finished 'Build a Simple Android App' when I hit resume track I'm started on Stage 4 of 'Building a Blog Reader'. I don't know if this is intentional or a bug.

Yeah I've been having a few problems with videos playing out of order sometimes. You just have to back out to the track view and find the next video listed after the one you just watched.
