name= "hey, i am {}" print(name.format("shub")) subject = "Treehouse loves {}".format("name") what's wrong in that?

The variable "name" should just be assigned with your name (not another template string).

But the main issue is that variable names should not have quotes around them. Adding quotes turns them into string literals instead of variables.
