Nav bar does not change width to 100%

Hello Everyone!

my nav bar does not change width to 100%; I have attached my code below. Does anyone know what might be the problem be? Thank you!

Im very new to this myself so apologies if this is incorrect, just trying to see if i can help answer any questions yet but have you tried the following in your navigation section...

display: inline-block;
